Fourier analysis has undergone some rapid development in recent years with its connection to number theory, combinatorics, partial differential equations and geometric analysis. This is a workshop focusing on Fourier analysis and its applications. The primary goal is to bring in many foreign mathematicians to Sanya to interact and give new directions to young mathematicians both from China and overseas.
An open problem session will be organized for leading experts to give directions for further research. Young people will be invited and encouraged to participate.
