The workshop concentrates around algebraic, geometric and categorical questions of the topic which can be loosely described as “collapse in Mirror Symmetry”. This includes in particular classical Strominger-Yau-Zaslow story of collapsing Calabi-Yau and arising questions of tropical geometry (e.g. skeleta). Constructible sheaves of categories with stability conditions is another topic (it is related to very concrete geometric questions about quadratic differentials on curves, spectral networks of Gaiotto-Moore-Neitzke,etc.). Another topic of the workshop is motivated by the recent work of Gaiotto-Moore-Witten about categorical structures of the infrared limits of certain massive 2-dimensional theories. Mathematically, it leads to interesting combinatorial structures describing Fukaya-Seidel categories. All that and several other related subjects will be discussed in the talks of the participants.
