非线性PDB和应用(Nonlinear PDBs and Applications)

"Synopsis: Over the past several decades there has been an explosion in the development of nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs) and their applications in various areas. A huge body of literature has arisen covering topics from geometric flows to optimal transport to minimal surfaces and convex geometry. As such, many talented researchers have arisen in these fields ushering in a new wave of research directions. We seek to bring together a mixture of researchers showing great promise and the ones with established success to forge connections between future leaders of the field that will direct the research of the coming decades. We will organize a special session on open problems in PDE and their application associated to this workshop. All participants are encouraged to submit and present open problems in his/her research area to the audiences. We hope this activity will inspire more collaboration between participants. A principal aim of the program is to bring together excellent researchers with background in the related fields of elliptic and parabolic PDE with a particular emphasis on the interactions between geometry, optimal transport and the calculus of variations. "
